We do not sell enquiry details or add people to bulk marketing lists without separate consent.
Information we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you choose to provide, including your name, company, work email, telephone number, service interest, indicative budget and brief. We also record the page and campaign parameters that led to the enquiry so we can understand which marketing activity is useful.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, traffic sources, page use and successful enquiry submissions. Google Analytics may place or read identifiers in your browser and process device, browser, approximate location and interaction information. We use these aggregated signals to improve the website and assess marketing performance, not to sell personal information.
Why we process it
We process this information to respond to your request, prepare recommendations or proposals, manage follow-ups, protect the website from abuse and keep an accurate business record. The lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries are stored in Media Republic’s secured website lead system. Authorised technology providers may process limited information on our behalf to host the website and deliver transactional emails. They are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
Retention
Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries are reviewed periodically and removed when they are no longer reasonably needed. Information connected to an active client relationship may be retained for contractual, accounting or legal obligations.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to confirm what information we hold, correct inaccurate information, object to processing or request deletion. We may need to retain certain records where law or an active agreement requires it.
Security and breach handling
We use role-restricted access, server-side lead capture and operational checks designed to reduce accidental loss or unauthorised access. No online system can promise absolute security; if a material incident affects your information, we will take appropriate steps under South African law.
